Dispatch Process

Same-Day Dispatch
We dispatch all orders received before 5 PM from Monday to Saturday on the same day. Orders received after 5 PM are processed the following day.

Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) parcels with Rs.500 advance
To prevent fake orders, we take Rs.500 advance for cash on delivery orders
and we use the following reputable courier companies:

  1. TCS
  2. Daewoo Fastex

Please note that these courier companies do not permit parcel inspection before payment. If a customer requires this, kindly contact us before placing an order.

Efficient Deliveries
Our courier companies typically deliver parcels within 1-3 days. However, occasional delays may occur due to regional factors, adverse weather conditions or other extenuating circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in such cases and do not take liability for any delay.

Tracking Your Order
Once we dispatch your order, we endeavour to promptly share the tracking number with you to monitor your parcel’s movement.
